Uffizi Gallery Skip-the-Line Guided Tour
Overview
Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Caravaggio in two and a half hours, with reserved entry and an art historian guide.
The Uffizi queue is famously four hours in July and unpredictable the rest of the year. Reserved entry removes it, and a group capped at twelve means the guide can actually be heard in front of the Birth of Venus.
The route is selective on purpose — the Uffizi holds far more than anyone absorbs in one visit, so the tour covers the Botticelli room, Leonardo's Annunciation, the Doni Tondo and the Caravaggios, then leaves guests inside to continue alone if they wish.
Highlights
- Reserved entry, no queue
- Art historian guides, not commentators
- The Botticelli room with space to stand in front of it
- Stay on inside after the tour ends
- Maximum twelve per guide
