Overview
Cook layered Hiroshima okonomiyaki on a teppan griddle with a chef, then eat it with a beer at the counter where you made it.
Hiroshima okonomiyaki is layered, not mixed — batter, cabbage, noodles and egg built in order on the griddle — and the city will tell you at length why that makes it superior to Osaka's. This class puts each guest at their own section of teppan with a chef beside them.
You build, flip and dress your own, which nobody manages cleanly the first time, and eat it straight off the griddle with a beer or soft drink. Vegetarian and pork-free versions are made to the same method when requested at booking.
